Asus ROG Strix z590a MCE, Sync all cores?

I just recently put this mother board along with a i7 11700k cpu in a new build. I had a Asus motherboard before with a 9th gen intel. I remember there being a option to Sync all Cores or leave to Auto. The other option I remembered turning off was Multi Core Enhancement. I see in this bios that MCE is Enabled, Disabled, or Auto(let bios optimize) which was on by default.

I turned MCE off and turned on sync all cores which is staying at 4.9-5.0ghz all the time sitting on the desktop. Im wondering is this ok? Heat etc.. Im running a Corsair H150i Pro XT 360mm cooler. Im just wondering if I should put it back to stock settings without MCE on? Ive read that MCE applies a bunch of other funky settings voltage etc..

Any and all advice is welcomed. Im not trying to overclock nor do I want to. Just wondering which is better for heat etc.. Let intel cpu do its thing turbo, throttle? or use sync all cores?

I found in task manager that NVRLA which is possibly the nvidia overlay in geforce Experience is using 9-10% cpu. Which is causing the cpu to stay around 4.6. After killing the process, it downclocks to 3.8-4.1.
