yo i have issue with 3/4 years old motherboard, for few years it was in the box i took it off the box mounted into pc flashed newest bios (waited around 3/4 minutes). cpu installed gpu and ram too, atx 24pin connected (visible leds on motherboard) cpu 8 pin connected (no red light) and its not starting, nothing happens maybe i need to connedt cpu fans or something more? doing short circuit with screwdriver didnt work, tried antoher CMOS battery still same issue

silentium pc vero l2 550W (can wakeup this components to windows, ill try 850W corsair after 20 pm)
