Asus Rog Maximus XIII Hero, is there a new bios version arriving ?

Hi, just a question: for Asus Rog Maximus XIII Hero, there is a new bios verion incoming ?

I have the last version 1402 installed, but it has issues with the last Windows 11 updates and moreover with the update Windows 11 22h2...

Version 1601 on download support.

Maybye it's coming soon for the XIII Hero.

It is available today 11/24 and suggests downloading and installing the latest Intel Management engine update, 15.0.42.2235

Edit: The install went normally and I had already installed the Intel Management Engine update. All I had to do was verify my Bios settings.

In my Z590-A with i9-11900 I did NOT install the Intel ME stuff.
Do you think installing only the new 1601 BIOS could be... dangerous?

I'm on 1401 and I'm not having any issues, but obviously a new BIOS always stimulates hope for some performance improvements... :]

It does have the latest F0 revision of microcode for 10900k. Wonder if anything else besides the microcodes has changed. Here is the list of the microcodes:

I have been testing this BIOS today. My memory and CPU overclock seem fine. No issues to speak of. I am guessing this release was mostly updated CPU microcode, which I had already been running in a modded 1402 BIOS. So no surprises as far as I can tell. I am also up-to-date on the ME firmware as well.

Where did you get the modded 1402 Bios ?

I am talking about the new 1601 BIOS.

I made the modified BIOS with the 10900k F0 microcode file and the unmodified 1402 BIOS using the UBU BIOS modding tool.
