24H2 wrecked O/S, can in install missing BIOS updates then ME drivers?

Trying to repair my O/S after the recent 24H2 stopped my computer from booting and seeing my restore points...

I've jumped into BIOS and saw I needed numerous BIOS updates to my horror. All the BIOS files state I need to install the ME update tool, but I can't boot to windows.

Current BIOS is 1202
ME FW version is 15.0.23.1706

This means I can only update to 1402 before having to update ME:

Seeing CRITICAL PROCESS DIED bluescreen after trying to boot.

Any ideas?
