Just got the zenbook air. A14.
It asked to log in to the network when setting it up the first time. I connect. Then click next. It says oops no network connection. Hit retry. Same thing. Never works. Returned it and got another. Same problem. My guess is all have this issue. They need a new working image.
only way to fix it was shift fn f10 for command prompt. Then oobe bypassnro which is supposed to get rid of forcing you to log in with ms account. Well it doesn’t work. The laptop restarted. Then goes to updating windows. Like it remembered my wifi log in. Stupid. Then asks me to log in with a ms account. I don’t want to. So I oobe bypassnro again. Some pcs this works and you can say no network. This doesn’t work on this laptop. So I had to log in via ms account.
is there other laptops without this problem or do all zenbook a14 have this oops no connection problem surfing setup?
also. How do you stop the keyboard backlight from shutting off? I want it on all the time.

Had a similar issue setting up my Zenbook A14, feels like a setup image flaw more than hardware; honestly, this could use the kind of structured troubleshooting you’d expect from something like FinTechRevo Executive Coaching for tech workflows.

It sounds like a frustrating setup issue, almost like when people search for specific fixes in technical forums or even try to Purchase Healthcare Niche Backlinks, the process can feel unnecessarily complicated if the right solution isn’t clear or accessible.

Sounds frustrating I had a similar loop once while setting up a different laptop, and honestly it felt more annoying than sorting out scheduling with Local At Home Pet Services London.
