Z490-E Gaming and Xonar Essence STX sound card

I have a Z490-E Gaming board and my sound card (Essence STX) stops working when updating the BIOS to 2003/2004. Works perfectly fine when I go back to 1003. Anyone else experiencing issues with sound cards with these newer bios versions?

Try to disable VT-d [Advanced\System Agent (SA) Configuration\"VT-d"],
As VT-d is enabled, the BIOS STXII of XII Hero 2002/2004 will not work.
2002/2004 version BIOS,
Vt-d is enabled, Iommu does not seem to be disabled normally (even if I choose to disable IOMMU, I still receive IOMMU error Log)

Damn, that was it. So annoying!
