Xfx 5700 thicc 3 ultra issue

hi all I am new here. And first time pc builder.
I got the asus rog strixx b550 f board. Build my first pc and everything is fine, but when I upgraded my graphic card on July 1 to the xfx 5700 xt thicc 3 ultra issue arise.
The card would shake my whole tower and exhaust alot of heat. Within the fist minute of gaming. Before the title even finish loading i I felt the side of my tower where the card is and it was hot .

The cpu I have is ryzen 5 3600. I need some help and advise from you all pls

I like both videos, I watch gamer nexus alot. But both are talking about different product and didn't help with my issue. They only help me like the thicc better lol. I try searching and you tube don't have alot n of videos for the thicc 3 ultra. I am wondering is it doing this because the motherboard?

What cooling are you using
What ambient temp it is running in
What are your system specifications

1 exhaust fan 3 air flow fan in front
Ambient temperature in room is about 70 degree f

Windows 10 pro, 16 gig ram team group 3200 hrz, ryzen 5 3600, m.2 nvme 2tb 3500 read 3400 write
