Witch mob do you think is the ultimate gaming board.?

OK, this is my problem my current set up is don't heckle me a evga x58 4Way sli, looking to get a better mob,
i seem to be jupping ship,so to speak. so with that being said what is the ultimate mob for the fastest Ram, CPU, and pci lanes
this set up will be all asus products, must be able to oc the unit high, it will be water cooled, would like to go the best and fastest ram possible, will be using a ultra x4 1600 psu from my x58
any help would be greatly apreceated......

Do you want 4-way SLI for gaming? Be aware that most games are working best with only two GPUs... they don't scale to good with more than two...

I think, you have to choose for a 4-way SLI the Maximus V Extreme (Z77 platform) or the Rampage IV Extreme (X79 platform)... both of them are kind of overkill for gaming, but they can certainly handle four GPUs...

I'm leaning toward the x79 with the 2011 3970 or the 3960, will only be utilizing 2 cards now the problem is wich cards hd7970 with 3gigs in sli, or the gtx 670 4gig or wait for the new gtx680 cu with 4gigs the card will be in sli.

the HD7970 would be in crossfire :),,, I'll wait for the new gtx680 4gb they are a 2 slot card,, the older gtx680 is a 3 slot card as is the hd7970

a 46 LCD TV is just like a 22" 1920 x 1080, a single GTX 680 is plenty for it, with 2 you are more than in business, I don't see the use of 3 , aside of showing you are a real ROG ...
