Wiring Problems

This is my first post, first computer build, and new to this forum. I need some advice on wiring my build

Build:
Case: Cooler Master Haf x
MOBO: Asus Maximus VI Formula
PSU: Corsair 1200 AXi
GPU: Asus GTX 780ti
CPU: Intel 4770K
Optical Drive: Asus BW-16D1HT
Sound Card: Sound blaster zxr
Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB
Hard Drive: WD Black 1TB
SSD Samsung 840 Pro
Monitor: BenQ XL2720G (waiting on release date)

As far as the wiring goes I'm trying to use Bitfenix Alchemy red cables for the build and not necessarily use the cables that came with my PSU because they're ugly. 😛 The problem I have is knowing exactly which cables I need for the MOB
O and what they're called. The other problem is the cables I need for my GPU and what they're called. Thanks in advance.

it should all be named on the cables and in the manual whit the PSU.
you know you could get sleved cables for the 1200I so you dont have to do it your self?

thanks for the reply. I do know you can get sleeved cables for the 1200i but they don't look as good as the Alchemy cables. Just my opinion. I'll see if I can track that manual down. 😕 The cables aren't that helpful. I'm still learning. 🙂

The thing is that most of the PSU manufacturers are using different connectors on the PSU side... just double-check if those Alchemy ones fits on the PSU... - otherwise you may end up with DIY work...

The cables you need for the board are:
24-pin for the main power
4 and 8-pin powers for the CPU

These three are mandatory to connect...

Then you have power cables to the graphics card - PCIe power...

Use the manual to figure out which goes where...

Thanks for the reply. I'll check into this.

All I am aware that Bitfenix, ModRight or ModSmart make are the extension cables. I have a few of each of the previously mentioned. Extension meaning you stick the connector from your modular PSU into them. One end has a female and one end is male. For PSU replacement cables they would have to be keyed properly and be male on both end...
