Windows 7 Won't Start Up, startup repairs and system restore can't fix it

I updated my old vista to W7 a while back and then I decided to put the SSD from that computer on to the M6H computer and it doesn't seem to want to work out as easy as I thought it would. What am I missing here?

Moving an OS can be problematic at best, it can be successful if it is the same platform, or if you uninstall motherboard drivers first and boot to your OS media and do repair Win startup sometimes helps get you through.
If the other system was a X370 Ryzen you would have a good chance at success, you will probably have to perform a fresh install
If you have a copy of Win 7 on a disk or USB drive you may save it but unlikely, if you have data you can't loose you need to install on another disk to recover the data on that disk, or connect that drive to another PC to save your data

Interesting. I'm just gonna have to put this project away for a while.
