I recently built a friend of mine a computer. All components were connected properly and I have the code (AA) for the all clear. I am trying to fresh install windows 11, bios is up to date and tpm settings are  on firmware. The installation fails on both m.2 ssd’s

i installed windows 10 previously to these issues and was able to update into windows 11. Everything was working correctly for 2-3 weeks then he was having blue screens with no error codes.

It sounds like your friend’s PC was working fine initially but encountered issues with blue screens after updating to Windows 11. Given that you were able to install Windows 10 previously and update to Windows 11 without issues, there could be a few things to check when reinstalling. Since you're facing problems with the installation failing on both M.2 SSDs, first, ensure that the SSDs are properly detected in the BIOS and the M.2 slots are configured correctly. Also, double-check that the SSDs are formatted in the correct file system (usually GPT for UEFI boot). It's worth verifying that Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS, along with TPM 2.0, as these are required for Windows 11. If you're still encountering installation issues, try clearing the CMOS or resetting the BIOS to default settings to rule out any incorrect configurations. Lastly, since you’ve experienced blue screens before, you might also want to check for driver or hardware compatibility issues, particularly with the GPU or RAM, which can sometimes cause system instability.
