PC PartPicker is a good source of Info for QVl. You can "build" your particular system and it will Recommend parts based on compatibility including ram, it will also tell you if you have enough wattage, Case restrictions such as AIO compatibility. That being said Look for ram the says Ryzen on the packaging or something similar. i am using Crucial Ballistix in my build and it run DOCP (XMP) rating just fine.
