What is this coil whining sound in Asus products?

Hi guys.

I bought a goddamned "ASUS ROG STRIX 850W Gold Aura Edition" power supply. And when my computer is idle, the power supply coil whining. And there is a huge silence guarantee on the box? Why is coil whine is normal? Why can't I send it to warranty? Moreover, the sound is not heard when under load, but when the computer is completely idle. Can you believe it? Two ants are talking to each other and I have to listen to it. At first it doesn't bother me that much, but time passes and time passes.... And then the sound starts to eat my brain. The sound starts to drive me crazy. My computer case is on my desk and next to my screen.
Who are the engineers who say that coil whine is normal? Who are the ones who set these rules? Who are the ones who steal people's money?
We all buy the same product. Some have coil whine sound, some don't! Is this goddamned justice?
Isn't there a way I can return the goddamned power supply? Because I won't use it anymore because I bought a new Corsair 850W power supply and I'm very very happy. What about the money paid to asus?

And I have an asus tuf 4070ti graphics card. It starts buzzing very loudly under load.

Why doesn't asus respect people?
Will someone say something about this bull******?

Can you perhaps take a video?

Usually, this characteristic is linked to current draw, so if the PSU is loudly whining at idle, you should contact service for your region. Eliminating all piezoelectric noise is almost impossible as it's a natural phenomenon that is difficult for any vendor to account for all permutations. Coil whine occurs when electromagnetic components vibrate due to high-frequency switching.

Interaction between the PSU and graphics card can also result in louder coil whine. As ripple frequency and other sources of power-related noise can impact the level of coil whine, some combinations of PSUs and graphics cards may exhibit more noise than others. It’s not always a defect — it’s a side effect of complex power electronics interacting in unpredictable ways. So much so that the same two components may behave differently in another system.
