Vega 56 Strix and 4k HDMI issues

I'm feeding my newly purchased LG C9 OLED with the Strix Vega 56 via HDMI.

The Strix info states the card is HDMI 2.0b and the C9 is HDMI 2.1 capable. HDMI 2.0b specs state that format can deliver 8bit 4k @60Hz Full RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4

However, when I select 4k (2160p) @60Hz in the display adapter properties in Windows 10, the only available option in Radeon Adrenalin (Display tab) for pixel format/subsampling is YCbCr 4:2:0 Other pixel formats not showing.

Effectively that's only HDMI 1.4 specs.

In order to get the full set of pixel format options show up in Adrenalin, I have to drop the refresh rate to 30Hz.

Any suggestions as to why Windows/Adrenalin and the Strix are effectively only giving me HDMI 1.4 options for 4k @60Hz ?

(Currently on latest version of Adrenalin, C9 is set to HDR and PC mode on the input)
