Hello Members,
I am looking to use stripped down (Board Only) Asus Mini PC in our product and sell the end product under our brand name.
I have few questions regarding this:
1. Can Asus Mini PC be used to develop a product and sell it legally?
2. If so, do we need to mention anywhere that this device is Powered by Asus Mini PC?
3. Are there any similar products sold in the market which are powered by Asus Mini PC?
4. Are there any restrictions if we are allowed to use Asus Mini PC in our product and sell the end product under our brand?
As far as i understand few company's out there builds Server with Intel based CPU's and Asus motherboards and sell it to their customers under their own brand name.
Can expert shed some light on this topic?
