Upgrading my Asus G20AJ

Hi guys. I need some help with upgrading my PC. I have an Asus G20AJ with NVIDA GeForce GTX 750 video card. I added a external SSD with 500 GB. Right now it has 8 Gigs of ram. I don't know what type of ram is installed it came with the PC. I want to max out the ram and upgrade my video card. Does anyone know the max amount of ram I can upgrade? Any other advice is welcome.

I have been just playing Total War games and so far the PC has run ok and loads a lot faster when I add the SSD drive. I think the max amount of memory is 16 gigs. I hope to get a few more years out of this PC before I get a new one.
