The MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 driver installer does nothing other than (apparently) exit when I run it. My Windows 11 Network Settings does not acknowledge the existence of a Wi-Fi network adapter. In my device manager a "Network Controller" is shown under "Other devices" with a warning sign (although it is enabled). Under Network adapters I see a Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller, but presumably that is for the RJ-45 port on the motherboard.
Any suggestions on getting the WIFI on my brand NEW mobo working? I assume the double coax connection and antenna are there for some reason. If not, I will have to assume it arrived DOA and return it even though that will be a colossal nuisance (having had to return the last [pre-owned] one).
