TUF 1200 Gold PSU - Fan not spinning on start

Hi,

Got this new PSU recently to replace one that wasn't working.  Worked fine for a week, now I am getting code 00 on startup - fan is not spinning on the PSU which I understand may be normal.

The Mobo is getting power (I can see the 00 code) and various RGB are working so it is not dead but I am curious as to whether the PSU may be having an issue since the fan isnt spinning.

Hi @animalmom I am sorry to hear about your troubles. Code 00 on your board is an indication that your PSU has developed a fault and is not functioning properly. This is also visible to you since the PSU fan has stopped working. You will need to take it to a repair shop, or get it RMA if it is under warranty or buy a new one.
