Trouble with Cooler-master led fans in the Cosmos II case?

Has any one had trouble with Cooler-master led fans in the Cosmos II case?
I have had two replacement fan controllers, and a **** load of replacement fans.
The problem is the fans when on, slow down and speed up, some fans fail to initialize without a flick from your finger.
Cooler-master have been very good and helpful over this but the problem still exists.
I have tried different connections on the fan controller but problem still occurs.
Surely three fan controllers can't be faulty or can they?, are the fans faulty as some work ok some don't?
I was thinking of after market fans but the connections need to match the fan controller connections and I like the led's
This has been going on now for months and I'm a little fed up now.
Thanks for any help guys.

Hi Bottlegone, which fans exactly are you having trouble with?

There are plenty other LED equipped fans out there, and there should be connection-converters too...

Hi Tenblade
The fans they sent me are these if it helps.
http://www.cmstore.eu/cases/cosmos/cosmos-ii/120mm-led-fan-on-off/
They say they are compatible with the Cosmos II case
and support confirms this.
I have at this moment just installed two GPU fans on the door
these are the new ones they sent me these are in black one worked fine the other
started doing the same thing slowing down speeding up.
I took it off and found that the fan blades would pull off
after checking all the 7 new fans two of them, the blades would just pull off,
the rest are all fixed very strange?
I think another email to support is in order
By the way there are 3 settings on the fan controller on full power you would not notice anything wrong
on slow speed and medium it is very noticeable the speed variation that is.
Many thanks for your reply Tenblade.

You´re welcome, mate. Too bad about the pull-off fan blades...
And the fan controller has known issues...sounds like CM should bin that case...
Got a CM Storm Stryker, and preparing my new build I´m looking to replace all fans. I´m prepared to bypass the built in fan controller, and I know for sure I won´t be able to toggle the LEDs on/off, since their fans are the only ones I´ve seen yet, that have a separate wire for LED control.

Hi Tenblade been in touch with Cooler master they want to see the faulty fans so need to post them off to them and they will replace them with new ones.
The case is amazing and you can't fault it except for the fan controller that spoils it a bit.
I agree with you on what your doing with your controller and I will do the same now and use after market fans .
Thanks for you help mate, much appreciated;)

My pleasure, mate. I think I just stumbled on something neat. And it may apply to your case too. So, I´ll remove the fan controller and pull off the (rather weird) wires for the fans, ´cause they seem to be connected to regular three-pin connectors, so my new fans will plug directly into the controller. I was afraid I´d have to acquire some obscure connector/converter wires. The controller also lets you toggle the LEDs in the factory fans. That´s a no-go for the fans I´m getting, SilenX Effizio with red LED, they light up when power is on. I´ll see if I could fit some XSPC LEDs onto the controller instead and place them inside the case, so I have the option to turn them off, and probably I´d have a non-lit rear fan. Because I´m planning on having my case on my desk, and in dark conditions, the light could become an issue. Other than that, I think it´s going to be pretty neat

The SilenX Effizio are very quiet and price is very reasonable, they come at half the price, when I compare to other fans that have similar quality and performance. But I´m going to have them shipped from Germany, they don´t come in the shops in that little kingdom of mine.
