Top Line PC for Gamming

Hello Mates,
I am building my own computers but it's my first time and I don't really know what spec should I put to be the best one for the moment.
I must finish this computer until july so I really would help of you guys that know better than me which parts it's gonna be the best composition for now.

I was thinking about:
motherboard Maximus formula V extreme or Rampage IV extreme I don't know which one is better.
video card - GeForce GTX TITAN or Radeon HD 7990
and about the processors I have no idea which one is the best one for now.


So guys basically that is it I really would be thank if you guys helped me with this.
If you can give me all of the best spec for the computer gamming in this time, currently because I will buy!

PSU with that..... Seasonic 860W Platinum...or Seasonic X-850...

Or Seasonic X 1050 if you want to add more GPUs in the future and start OCing everything.

I checked the prices for the new Haswell cpu and only Gigabyte mobo in my country, expensive very slightly over the 3rd gen Intel cpu and 77/79 chipset mobos.

I am very late because i started to build 3 computers now when that Haswell is out now, so i can't go back and sell or replace, so i must continue with what i have now, but the most powerful computer i will have now will be with almost the following components:

Intel i7-3930K
Asus Rampage IV Extreme
Patriot 32GB [4x 8GB] 2133MHz
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
GTX [maybe Titan or 780 not sure yet]
Seasonic X1250W
Cooler Master HAF X
maybe Corsair H100i
