Hello Mates,
I am building my own computers but it's my first time and I don't really know what spec should I put to be the best one for the moment.
I must finish this computer until july so I really would help of you guys that know better than me which parts it's gonna be the best composition for now.

I was thinking about:
motherboard Maximus formula V extreme or Rampage IV extreme I don't know which one is better.
video card - GeForce GTX TITAN or Radeon HD 7990
and about the processors I have no idea which one is the best one for now.

So guys basically that is it I really would be thank if you guys helped me with this.
If you can give me all of the best spec for the computer gamming in this time, currently because I will buy!
Thank you so much sorry about my English. I am a student 😛

Just to clear things up their is more than likely going to be an revision or new Rampage board in the next while. Heard from a little birdy as they say.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

Tell that little birdy that I can not wait! 😄

Regarding the 4770k, I start to became a little bit skeptical... and I'm a little bit sorry for the new Asus mobos.... - this new Intel CPU doesn't seems to be so much better than the previous 3770k... 😞 (I really hope that I'm wrong in this)

So, regarding the OP, I think that the Maximus V Formula and and the 3770k is still a very good combination and likely is less expensive...

ZKa depends what you mean by better. MHz for MHz Haswell is about 10-12% more efficient.

I won't go into details with that... would completely derail this thread... 😄

Hey guys good night!
How about the Power Supply, how many watts should be? I am doing that spec

Processor: i7-3970X
Cooler System: Corsair H100i
Motherboard: Maximus VI Formula
Video Card: nVidea GTX Titan
GSkill 2 x 8GB RIpjawX DDR3 2133MHz

I would know as well if I don't need anything else, if I got all parts to build my computers there.
Once more, thank you so much for help me guys!

a 750W will be good, but if your gona add more to it i would get a larger PSU, in case of SLI.
hdd/ssd??

Well, the 3970X won't go with the Maximus VI Formula... - the CPU is LGA2011 while the mobo is LGA1150...

Why not go with the new 4770k instead with that mobo?
