I can not get my Thunderbolt 4 card to work for the life of me. Windows 11 sees it in the Thunderbolt Control Center but the status is Not Connected. When I look in the Device Manager at the System Device - Thunderbolt (TM) Controller - 1137, it shows 4 drivers being loaded but one is failing. The error is:
