Thought i had a great build

So to start ill list the equiptment in my build

Hyperion full tower

ROG 650E motherboard

Ryzen 9 7950 3d cache

4-32 gb vengance DDR5 Ram cards

XTX Speedster Merc 310 RX7900 GPU

!8 TB HDD

PCIE 5.0 Card with 4-1tb SSD sticks in it

CORSAIR liquid cooler

oh the motherboard also has 4-1tb SSD installed directly on it. I thought it was an absolutely great build yet, it runs slower than slow. A lot of the time crashes as soon as I turn it on. I do have windows 11 installed which could be the issue. Sometimes it dont even recognize the GPU. Not sure what to do but with every thing i put in this build i spent 3k. I think for that price tag my computer should be running and gamming top tier. Any advice would be appreciated

Which variation of ROG B650E motherboard do you have? Can you specify the model?

What exactly is "!8 TB HDD"? How did you manage to install 4x1TB SSDs in the PCIE 5.0 slot? Did you use an Asus Hyper M.2 X16 Gen 5 card?

The first major red flag is the "4-32 gb vengance" Can you specify which kit this is and whether it's two seperate kits? Combining memory kits is not supported by the memory or motherboard vendors, as the kits are binned in the density in which they are sold.
