Hello Everyone,
I've been lurking around here for quite some time and soaking in all of the great information you guys provide. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with a problem for quite some time that I can't seem to solve.
My ASUS g750JW periodically suffers from a system-wide stuttering problem (mostly audio, but video as well). It's particularly bad when I'm rendering web pages in any browser or playing games. This problem has persisted through a clean install of Windows 10 from 8.1. My CPU and GPU drivers are all up to date. My GPU temperatures are nominal. My CPU temperatures also appear to be ok, but not great (50-55C idle / 75-85C under load). My HDD shows 100% health and performance in HDSentinel. I'm at a loss as to what to do. Sometimes, it'll just stop and the system will run perfectly for days. And then it just comes back. I can't seem to identify any system parameter spiking beyond normal limits when it occurs.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
