Strix X570-E Bios confusion

Just installed the X570-E and the BIOS section shows the Bios as:

0807 X64
07/08/2019

I cannot see this at all on Asus bios support section. I want to update the bios but am confused as to which one to use.

Also, to play it safe, can I backup my current bios please?

Please excuse newbie question!
