Once again i need help and once again i hope i am in the right forums.

ok so i have a link to a very poor quality vid recorded with my old lame phone showing wth is happening with my booting.

https://youtu.be/vMGlRS_htu4

at the 31st second there should be welcome screen (or whatever it is) instead i have this weird distorded colorfull line. It happend now and then and i have no idea why. I kinda suspect Windows 10 cause i think it did it few times on my previous pc but on this it's more often. After this weird thing disappears my screen goes black and i kinda can't confirm if my pc is frozen or not. Only thing that helps is hitting reset button then it boot up correctly. Also havent seen this thing if i am rebooting only if it's started for the 1st time.

Thanks

if my specs are needed:

Just to be sure i just installed newest NVIDIA drivers as to windows yea it's the newest creators build 1703
The weird part for me is that its doing that only for a 1st start up (and not allways) never done it for restart

yea i think so. bios is 03/22/2017 version 0906 This is the info from AI Suit. Bios was updated after very 1st boot when EZ Updated found there are some updates for me

it's hard to say. sometimes i don't see that happening for a week and sometimes it happens once a day for the 1st start. On my previous pc i7 3770k maximus v (or iv) formula with gtx 1080FE i noticed it once maybe but back then i wasnt running win 10 creators build but it was anniversairy i think. That's why it's hard to say for me what can cause it becasue i have everything new (except one hdd) This one is not overclocked or anything. Only one thing i changed in the bios to be honest and it was loading xmp profile so the rams 2400 (it was sopose to be 2400 but was showing 2133) Now my paranoia is settling in and i am thinking maybe they put 2133 instead of 2400 but could a bit of overclocking ram do that to me? It's not big issue for me to hit reset buttong but i really would like my pc to start up as intended.
