Spacing advice on CPU coolers

i have a Fx 8120 thats running a bit hot on the stock cooler. i want to upgrade the CPU cooler but i fear i will have spacing issues in my NZXT Phantom case with the side 200mm fan installed. any recommendations would be helpful.
