ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI (Audio not functioning correctly)

can anyone tell me how to get the stereo mix to work I have tried numerous things and no avail.

As well the line in i get nothing, and crackling sounds on most playbacks i was using windows 11.

At this point I'm open to starting from scratch on a fresh install of windows 10 or windows 11.

I was hoping the last bios update would fix this issue but nothing .
