Updated to latest firmware.
I have 3 systems I have tried connecting this to, with very mixed results.
- My gaming Windows 11 PC. Works with dongle and BT just fine
- My work Windows 11 Lenovo laptop. REFUSES TO CONNECT. I want to connect via BT, but as soon as it pairs, it shows a 'Driver Error' under its name in the BT menu. My Gladius 3 mouse connects just fine. Since this is a work laptop, I cannot attempt any driver updates (that is if there even are any). I really need help with this because a dual wireless mechanical keyboard is one of the reasons why I even got this.
- My MacBook Air. Refuses to connect with a dock + dongle. The USB dongle connected to a dock and dock connected to my M1 Air. The laptop detects a keyboard, but on a Mac it asks to press the button right to the shift button for the keyboard to work. It does not detect the keypress! This is the first time I've ever experienced such an issue. My old Logitech wireless keyboard had the same setup process and it worked just fine.
