ROG Strix LC II 280 ARGB compatibility

Hi all,

Just got a question about the ROG Strix LC II 280 ARGB.

Is it compatible with the new Intel 1700 sockets?

I'm a bit confused as on other ROG regions websites it's clearly stated that the 1700 intel socket is supported by ROG Strix LC II 280 ARGB but on the UK website Is not listed on the compatible sockets.

Someone can help please?

Yes, the ROG Strix LC II 280 is compatible with socket 1700.

Check the Tech Specs.

Thanks,as I said I wasn't sure as on some Rog website it said it was and in the UK one I couldn't find this information.

Would the cooler  be compatible with a ROG STRIX Z790-E?

I think it does mention it is in the specs but just wanted to double check.

Yes, the ROG Strix LC II 280 ARGB is compatible, the ROG Strix Z790-E is socket 1700.
