Rog Strix G17 17.3" compatibility

Hi all, I'm sorry if this question has been posed however when I did a search on the forum, I did not see a thread on it.

I purchased a ROG STRIX G17 17.3" from best buy (SKU #6466913) (model G713QMES94 - which is not listed on asus/rog website)

I want to upgrade the storage and memory. I researched a bit and I think I have selected compatible components but if someone can please confirm, it would be greatly appreciated. So the main thing I'm aiming for and asking assistance on is if these items are compatible with my laptop. I'm open to suggestions on other components, but I chose these items based on price point and availability.

MEMORY:

Yeah, both should work, nothing jumping out that says it won't work.

Looks good but make sure you replace all the memory with the same sticks.

UPDATE: I installed the SSD drive (that I specified in my main post) last night and it's working like a dream 🙂 Thanks gentlemen.

I am looking to order the memory in the next few days. 🙂
