ROG STRIX 1080ti LEDS PROBLEM

Good evening! I have the following problem and I would like you to help me solve it! I have ROG-STRIX-GTX1080TI-O11G-GAMING and the leds of card doesn't work except the one pair at the right (up & down). I used AURA to change,sync but the problem still the same .In some cases working the two pair of leds (Center & Right) when i change colour for AURA but the the left one is PERMANTELY DISABLE and in many cases (changing HUE) the colours are not the same or not working none of the leds!!!Also update the AURA,unistall and install again but still nothing!!!! Please help me fix it. it is a pity! I give you snapshots to understand what I mean!Thank you in advanced!!!

Can you exchange it or is it under warranty?

Hallo! It is still in the warranty....

I think if the lighting system on your computer works correctly, then it's the graphics card that is not working correctly. If you could put it in another computer to try it out that could help or if you know for sure it's the card then I would either try to exchange it or get it fixed through warranty
(assuming you haven't modified it.) I wish I could be of more help...sorry!

i will try to setup the vga to another pc but I have the impression unfortunately it will not work !!! I wish I fell out !!!! I was wonder this happen only to me???So many people buy this card i think....nobody has a problem like that??? Anyway i will try and will see!!!!
