Hello, I have the following problem: I've enabled Thunderbolt in the BIOS and installed the firmware "MEUpdateTool_19.0.5.1948_T" + "ITBT4 PD FW update tool v1.26." I can't connect to my QNAP NAS. Thunderbolt isn't displayed as a device either. How is it for you, or what settings do you have?

On a lot of computers, I had to use a powered thunderbolt hub. But a lot of Thunderbolt 3 devices don't auto detect and I had to use a hub and boot with everything connected for it to work.

So I imagine something like that is going on and the only way its going to connect is with a powered thunderbolt hub.
