Hi guys,
This is going to be my first Micro Atx build. This is going to be used mainly for Steam Indie Games and light games like Diablo III etc.

I am based out of India and therefore have limited acsess to quality parts. have a few questions as follows:

Only available options are from the above website.
B. Power Supply (to power gtx 980ti)
C. Liquid Cooler for cpu.
D. Which coolermaster case ?

Hello Xanoid

The i7 cpu's have a stronger memory controller than the i5's if you go with this ram go with the i7 6700k cpu.

I would recommend the Ripjaws V or Trident Z memory kits for Z170. You can use the Ripjaws 4 but most probably XMP won't work as well and you might end up manually configuring your RAM. If you must pick one from that website, go for the Gskill Ripjaws 4 F4-2400C15Q-16GRR DDR4 RAM Memory

For a single GTX 980 Ti, a hSeaSonic Platinum SS-860XP2 860 W Power Supply is more than enough and will allow you to do some overclocking as well. If you're planning to add a second GTX 980 Ti down the line, go for the Seasonic SS-1000XP 1000W Power Supply.
