rog front base or oc panel

Just as the title says, I'm gonna be getting the Asus formula vii mono once it's released and I'm not sure what I should get to go with it, the front base or oc panel.

What do you want to use either of them for? Once you know your purpose then you will know which product you want.

I know for a fact Im going to OC, but is there any main difference between these two items?

Not sure where to find a compare and contrast chart for you.

The panel is great for on the fly OCing as a bencher. But just how much OCing via the panel are you planing on doing? I do not have the front base so can not tell you much about it.

Careful wight h ROG Front Base. I emailed Asus 4 times with no response on getting a longer cable and because i cannot control PWM fans on any of the pam headers with the front base on my RIVBE, so I sent the front base back a couple days before my return period was up. absolutely no support from asus. As long as they keep making decent motherboards ill keep using them. I pray I never have to send anything in for repair or get help on anything.
