RIVE cannot update BIOS (EZFlash 2 will not see CAP file)

I'm trying to update my Rampage IV Extreme to the latest BIOS, so I downloaded from the website, extracted the CAP file and put it on a USB stick. When I launch EZFlash2, it will not see the CAP file. Can anyone tell me how to proceed?

What is your current BIOS?

you have your thumb drive formatted to Fat32.. and when you downloaded and extracted the BIOS update file did you rename it at all?
