Please guys what is this LED? everything is functioning normal but I have no clue what this red led is? is it normal?

That is the 8pin pcie pwr. from page 26
oOn page 37 of the manual
If the cable is not connected will light up red.
can not be turn off. The only way is to plug a 8pin pcie cable to it. and the light will turn off
