Reboot/BSOD

My pc has started to reboot, crash. I have reinstalled windows with no luck. When running Aida64 stability test i get hardware failure on the Cache, i did also try to change the ram but no luck. So can it be the cpu that starting to fail? I have had this computer for over 2.5 years with no problems at all.
My system is: ROG Z390-E Gaming (1802 Bios) - 8700K @4.8Ghz (Delided and Water cooled) - 32GB GSkill 3600 CL16 - Corsair 1200W PSU - RTX 3090 FE

Did swap the GPU to an RTX 2070 but that did not change anything either so it must be the cpu or the motherboard then. So i must order new hardware then......great, going for Gigabyte and AMD this time.
