Reactive Windows after hardware change

Can someone help me how can reactive the windows after changing the hardware? I go to activate troubleshooting but it gives me an error.

I'm pretty sure your windows key is tied to the motherboard so if you change your motherboard you have to purchase a new key.

I didn't change motherboard, I just put an extra m'2, but after the installation my windows want me to reactive them. Do you know how to fix it? Also, I saw something that windows troubleshooting can help reactive them, but when I run the troubleshooting it doesn't show me nothing to reactive Woindows (after a hardware change) Can you help me?
