Rampage Extreme iv - CPU_FAN vs CPU_OPT vs OPT_FAN

Hi,

Can someone help me with these definations and it's functions.

CPU_OPT?
OPT_FAN?

I plan to install a CoolerMaster Seidon 120M.

It has a radiator fan 4 pin wire and the cooler waterblock itself with a 4 pin wire also.

Do I connect the radiator fan to CPU_FAN or CPU_OPT?

Likewise which for the Cooler waterblock 4 pin wire?

Hi S_thian, welcome to ROG.. Connect your fan to the cpu_fan,, I have my pump connected to the psu via an molex_fan adapter (most cases come with the molex_fan adapter for the case fans) so my pump is running flat out all the time...... others would advise you the connect the pump to the cpu_opt so you/bios can adjust it's speed..
