Raijintek Juno-X mini review

Retired
Not applicable
This is a mini review of the cooler.;)

Spec and other info:
Its a aluminum heatsink without copper core and with one 92mm PWM fan (this is the version with red led)
Easy installation, no need to reach the back of the motherboard (push in pins)
RAM clearance is OK in dual channel with phat RAM heat spreaders
It took me only a couple of minutes to mount this cooler
I did not use the bundled thermal paste, i used Noctuas grease instead.

Test PC:
i5 6600k/Z270/LGA 1150

Verdict:
Its a very inexpensive cooler, so keep in mind its made out of aluminum, don't expect any miracles when it comes to overclocking headroom
My prior overclock on this CPU were 4500mhz@1,28v, but that did not work out very well when i ran Intel burn test, FAIL +80c
So i lowered the OC to only 4ghz@1,15v and this time i ended up in the safe zone with the max temp of 77c after a couple of minutes running IBT, and idle temperature of 27c inside windows.
The fan is pretty silent but not noiseless, this cooler would suit a budget gaming computer, or HTPC, where space/money is a concern.
+ So overall i think it is ok, considering the price, installation and looks
- none
The dust is on the house, cheers.. ))

Just barely taller than your memory. You could put a case window in front of it shaped like the eye of Sauron. 😄
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station…
