Okay so I built a computer nearly 8 years ago and it has been a champ, but things need to be upgraded like all old parts.
I have some normal issues and one that eludes me.
Original computer was:
ASUS Crosshair V Formula
4x G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4gb
Antec High Gamer series HCG-750 750w
ASUS Radeon HD 6950
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
64 bit windows 7
1tb seagate drive
Last year I upgraded my video card to ASUS Radeon R9 290. No problems there.
Ran it all on a Samsung 60" flat screen.
Upgraded at Xmas last year to a 4k 52" flat screen. No issues running things etc games looked amazing
Currently I upgraded my cpu and board.

AMD FX-8370 with wraith cooler
having some booting issue its hanging up at the BIOS screen and not booting up sometimes but working it out.
My main problem for some reason I cannot figure out why is that my 4k tv isn't recognizing the connection anymore.
Has anyone had an issue with running 4k tv as their monitor?
