Problem after First Boot with Intel CC150 on Asus Z-390E

I installed an Intel CC150 on a Z390-e. Latest BIOS installed.

First Boot went into BIOS, CPU and mhz are identified correctly.

After reboot Mainboard Shows CPU ERROR LED Lights Red.

Proofed Installation of CPU. Testet with any Ram combinations. Nothing helped.

Any idea..? System worked correctly before with I5-9500.

I don't think this specialized CPU is supported for your board. Your board's manual does not state you can use this CPU.
