Power struggles.....

Hi all I'm almost finished building my rig but my concern is how much power the system will draw. I need a power supply that will do the job ok. I have a .... Rampage 4 extreme
2 x Matrix 7970 platinum
Xonar phoebus s.card
3930k @4.6ghz
32gb 1866mhz ram
5 hardrives 2ssds 5 x 140mm fans
9 x 120mm fans 2 x 92mm fans
3 laing d5 pumps

Was hoping the corsair 1200i had enough grunt.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

. I only have space for one power supply. .
