I agree with Antroman on motherboard and memory choice, however if you have some time, I would hold off for Devils Canyon CPU's. The Evo is a great SSD, I would go for a larger capacity, the 480gb. Also if you are gaming at 1080p, I see no real value in CF or SLI. Get a factory overclocked GTX 780Ti and spend the money saved on the larger SSD and 4790K CPU.

Triple Monitor, maybe.
No to 4k. You'd need to raise the budget to 3000USD to get good 4k fps.
