Greetings. I saw several old threads about this and some made it sound like firmware updates fixed this. I have updated the firmware and all Armory crate and RGB modules.
I see the monitor listed in a rectangular box with a check on the "sync devices" tab and the back is synced. But the red light on stand doesn't change. Maybe it stays red?
And it does not show up in the devices tab popup. And since it is not in devices, I cannot set it to shutoff when PC is off like I can for the AIO and motherboard. When PC shuts down, the back and the red pole light both stay on.
I can only assume I am doing something wrong.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Just checking if anyone can help with this. The only think I can figure out is turn the monitor off manually each time the PC is asleep or shut down. Or to go in the monitor menu and turn off the RGB completely.
I was excited when the new Armory Crate update showed the monitor under the Aura Sync tab and it was no longer grayed out. However it still does not show in the Armory Crate tab under "devices" so I cannot get to the setting I used for the Asus AIO and motherboard lights to turn off when the PC is off.
How do others with this monitor handle the lighting?
Thanks,

Just checking if there is a better sub-forum for this question? So many active ROG users here. Getting ready for my second ROG build in two months and this one is for me😀
I am considering this monitor or the M variant. But for me, not having it turn off would be very annoying so really looking for a fix or workaround.
Thanks!
