Am having problems with my LSI RAID card, most times I play a game and use my graphics card at 16x the RAID card disconnects and I lose all the drives connected until next reboot.

I have 2 PCIe slots populated by NVME adapters and the 3rd slot which is a 16x slot populated with the LSI RAID card. I would try the DIMM.2 add in card but as I bought the board second-hand I don't have one.

Any help or suggestions welcome.

Looks like I found the problem, tried my LSI RAID in a different slot and it died. Had a new LSI turn up today and so far no issues.

Finally got to the bottom of this, my LSI RAID card has a dual processor and the power requirements were exceeding the standard PCIe supply. Popped in the Molex at the bottom edge of the board and all is now well.
