PC Upgrade list Help

So I recently completed my new PC and there's a few thing I want to change that I have little or no experience with. I was wandering if you could give me advice or point me in a good direction. So here is my specs and what I'm looking to upgrade to:

CPU: i7 3770k( staying the same)
CPU Cooler: Stock intel( looking to upgrade to the best solution water or air under 150$)
MOBO: MSI GD65-Z77A( staying the same)
GPU: MSI GTX 680 Lightning( staying the same)
RAM: 8GIG Corsair Vengance( Want to upgrade to 16GIG kit at the best speed possible at 160ish$)
Case fans: stock( looking for 2 good rad fans( assuming I go water cooling) 1 good 120mm exhaust fan and 1 good 200mm intake fan with blue led)
Case: 600t( staying the same)
PSU: Thermaltake SMART 750w( staying the same )

I would like to see 4.5ghz out of my cpu to give you an idea for the cooling I need. And I would like the ram to be as high a speed as the system can handle without it being a pain in the butt with having to mess with the bios to get it stable.

Also completely off topic from my system... My uncle has a beast of a computer and he has this ram kit : http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=460 He is building his son a pc and was wandering if he could take 16gigs of that and put it in a system more or less identical to mine.

I have a noctua NF-F12 for my air duct.

Cougar CF-V14HP 140mm COUGAR CF-V14HP Vortex for the rear exhaust.It seems I got the last one newegg had.

Would it really be worth waiting for the h220 and why isnt it so available? It would be mid may when I would order that.

Its supposed to be one of the best closed loop coolers you can get.And its expandable.
Production is limited due to opening a new plant and they cant curently keep up with the demand for it is what a guy at frozen cpu told me today.
Its sells out in a matter of hours when a retailer gets some in.

I like Dominator GT better, and since your not Runn'n Quad channel .. ect. ect.c.

dont forget about these fans Scythe Ultra Kaze 120 x 38mm Fan - 3,000rpm - 133 cfm . I have these and they are not loud at all, despite what you might see on youtubge

Not all tridents are blue. My nephew has a red/black set. And I have the Mastercooler V8 with no complaints. Idle 25-30c and full load rarely tops 50c.
