PC Upgrade list Help

So I recently completed my new PC and there's a few thing I want to change that I have little or no experience with. I was wandering if you could give me advice or point me in a good direction. So here is my specs and what I'm looking to upgrade to:

CPU: i7 3770k( staying the same)
CPU Cooler: Stock intel( looking to upgrade to the best solution water or air under 150$)
MOBO: MSI GD65-Z77A( staying the same)
GPU: MSI GTX 680 Lightning( staying the same)
RAM: 8GIG Corsair Vengance( Want to upgrade to 16GIG kit at the best speed possible at 160ish$)
Case fans: stock( looking for 2 good rad fans( assuming I go water cooling) 1 good 120mm exhaust fan and 1 good 200mm intake fan with blue led)
Case: 600t( staying the same)
PSU: Thermaltake SMART 750w( staying the same )

I would like to see 4.5ghz out of my cpu to give you an idea for the cooling I need. And I would like the ram to be as high a speed as the system can handle without it being a pain in the butt with having to mess with the bios to get it stable.

Also completely off topic from my system... My uncle has a beast of a computer and he has this ram kit : http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=460 He is building his son a pc and was wandering if he could take 16gigs of that and put it in a system more or less identical to mine.

Why not go with the Gskill trident X 2400 ram.
Is it on that mobos QVL.? If it is it should be no problem setting it up under XMP

look on specs of your mobo, get the highest it can support.
look at the ram calc the ram makers have on their site.

MSI is saying it can handle any speed

To answer your question about your uncle, yes, he can split a pair of RAM sticks from the kit to use in the 2nd rig...but his main will drop from Quad Channel to Triple

It would have to be 2 from the same channel right?

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
RAM: G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) F3-2133C9Q-16GAB
Radiator Fans: Gentle Typhoon AP-15, Cougar CF-V12HP or Noctua NF-F12
Exhaust Fan: COOLER MASTER R4-L2S-122B-GP 120mm 4 Blue LED Case Fan 2 in 1 pack
Intake Fan: BitFenix Spectre PRO 200mm Blue LED

Is the h100i better than the swift tech h220? I would mind spending the extra cash.

Its looking like 70$ just for fans.... 2 Gentle Typhoons AP-15's, A blue Bitfenix Spectre in 200mm and 120mm for intake and exhaust. For ram I cant decide between: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104371 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231571 .... As for the water cooling unit I cant decide between the h100i the water 2.0 extreme and the h220
