Pc Crashing and freezing

My PC crashes while playing games, the screen goes on and off, and the screen freezes. You can hear your friends, and for 5 to 10 seconds, and at the end, I have to do a hard reset. One more thing: whenever I use Blender or any other animation software while rendering my project, my PC crashes, and I get a blue screen error with different names every time. Whenever I try to render anything on my PC, it crashes. That's making it frustrating because I tried every single thing to run my PC smoothly, but it's not working properly.

GPU : ASUS TUF RTX 4090 OC Edition

MOBO : Asus  ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO

RAM : The G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5-6000 16x2

AIO : Antec Symphony 360 ARGB

Storage : 2TB Samsung 990 EVO w/ Heatsink, and One 4TB Samsung 990 Pro

PSU : ROG THOR 1200P GAMING

OS: Windows 10

ram uyumluluğunu kontrol etmen gerekir 

işlemcide sorun olma ihtimali yüksek 12 ve 13 nesil işlemciler de sorun olduğunu kabul etti intel aynı şeyler başıma geldi ve ben başaramadım işlemci ve anakart iade ettim

bende ki sorun şöyleydi z690e anakart ve i13900k ve 13700k işlemci ile denemelerim sonucu sürekli mavi ekran alıyordum bellek sorunları da vardı anakart servise gitti geldi düzelmedi daha sonra tekrar gitti iade ve degişim verdiler tabi arızanın nedne kaynaklandığını çözemediler daha sonra işlemciyi garantiye gönderdim onlarda para iadesi yaptı şimdi z890e anakart ve i5 265k kullanıyorum herhangi bir sorun yok asus yetkili servise bir danışın
